Key Responsibilities
Drive inside sales activities for services including Procurement, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
Understand client requirements and map them with company offerings.
Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile




3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
Prior experience selling or handling services related to:
IT Infrastructure / Networking
Cloud Services / Managed Services
Procurement / Asset Management
Cyber Security solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client handling.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
