Their footprint spans manufacturing operations at 114 locations in 32 countries, with market-leading positions in Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Functional Lead to oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations. This high-impact role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving agile delivery practices.
You will manage the product backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, drive major and minor releases , and ensure every delivery maintains the highest standards of quality and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full Salesforce business process lifecycle — from requirement gathering and solution design to go-live and hypercare support.
Translate business needs into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process maps, persona maps, and data flow diagrams.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and secure requirement sign-offs.
Design scalable, best-practice solutions using Sales Cloud , working closely with developers on configuration, custom development, and integrations.
Facilitate solution walkthroughs, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect triage.




Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master – conduct sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and manage the product backlog using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Create high-quality documentation and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders and C-suite.
Mentor junior functional consultants and ensure adherence to Salesforce governance and quality standards.

Certifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (required)
Agile Certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe or equivalent) (required)
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (preferred)
Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Service Cloud (preferred)

Experience & Skills
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce functional consulting experience , preferably in manufacturing or commercial domain.
Robust expertise in Sales Cloud and good understanding of Salesforce CPQ .
Proven experience in agile delivery – backlog management, sprint execution, and user story writing.
Excellent techno-functional skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills (Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent).
Experience in sales lifecycle, customer experience, and configure-price-quote (CPQ) processes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills – comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor functional team members.
