Sr. Data Analyst - Enterprise DataManagement

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DataAnalyst to join our Enterprise Data Management team, with a core focuson Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management (MDM). In thisrole, you will be responsible for analyzing, profiling, and enhancing datawithin critical enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Oracle ERP, andMarketo. A key part of your responsibilities involves establishing andmaintaining data quality standards, supporting data governance initiatives, andassisting with ongoing MDM processes to ensure data consistency and integrityacross the organization. You will collaborate extensively with Data Stewards,business stakeholders, and IT teams to proactively identify, investigate, andresolve data issues.
The ideal candidate will bring strongexperience in data analysis and data management within enterprise environments,with hands-on skills in scripting/querying data (SQL, Python), integrating datafrom various source systems (including Snowflake), and direct involvement indata quality and data governance projects. Experience with data quality orintegration tools, such as Syncari and Validity, is highly desirable, andfamiliarity with Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
In this role you will:
Analyzeand interpret data sets from multiple enterprise applications such asSalesforce, Oracle ERP, Marketo, and others.
Writeand optimize complex scripts and queries in SQL, Python, and relevant languagesacross Snowflake and source applications.




Develop,maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards to effectively visualize key businessmetrics and data trends.
Collaborateclosely with both IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements,validate data, and resolve data quality issues.
Workwith Data Stewards to address and resolve data governance issues, performingroot cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Supportongoing data governance and data quality initiatives by establishing processes,standards, and best practices.
Documentall data processes, methodologies, and insights clearly and effectively for avariety of audiences.
Identifyopportunities for process improvement within the data management lifecycle.
You've got what it takes if you have:
5-7 years of experience as a Data Analystin an enterprise setting.
Advancedproficiency in SQL, data extraction, and scripting languages (with a preferencefor Python).
Hands-onexperience with enterprise applications like Salesforce, Oracle ERP, andMarketo.
Deepworking knowledge of cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake.
Demonstratedhistory of working successfully in a data governance framework, includingexperience collaborating with Data Stewards and business users to resolve dataissues.
Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to workclosely with Cross-Functional teams.
Strongproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and practices.
Experience with data integration or data quality tools such as Syncari and Validity is highly desirable.
Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
