Role Description
As a Senior Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex programs, ensuring successful execution, and optimizing operational workflows. You will oversee end-to-end program management, track progress against deliverables, and report on performance to stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should be a strong task master with excellent coordination, data handling, and presentation skills. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management to coordinate multiple projects, meet timelines, and deliver results.
Proficient Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows,



identify efficiencies, and assess data-driven metrics.
Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and transparent reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and decision-making.
Support data collection , analysis, and reporting for business insights.
Assist in budget planning, tracking, and cost optimization
Handle end-to-end hiring coordination , including scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
