We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced JEE Physics Foundation teacher with a robust background in Physics and handling (JEE Foundation). The candidate will be responsible for managing academic delivery, ensuring quality teaching standards, and driving student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Physics lectures, simplifying complex concepts for students
Design, review, and enhance curriculum and study materials aligned with competitive exam standards
Analyze student performance data and implement strategies to improve results
Mentor students and provide academic guidance to improve their performance
Ensure adherence to academic processes and institutional standards

Required Qualifications & Skills




Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Physics for competitive exams
Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes (Aakash / Allen / FIITJEE preferred)
Passion for teaching and student success
Strong command over Physics concepts with the ability to simplify and teach effectively
Proven track record of handling JEE/Foundation programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
