Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled full-time Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site role that involves interacting with potential clients, showcasing our managed farmland projects, and driving the end-to-end sales process. The Sales Executive will identify opportunities, nurture leads, and build solid relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities include conducting property visits, maintaining accurate client records, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while upholding a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Conversion
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in market research and business development strategies
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic office software
Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and achieve sales targets
Experience in farmland or farm-related property sales is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proactive and results-driven with a passion for connecting clients with sustainable lifestyles
Proficiency in English and Kannada; additional languages are an advantage
