We are seeking a seasoned Technology Manager for our client CareData Infomatics with 5+ years of experience to lead and drive technical innovation, architecture, and execution of enterprise-scale solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across our primary tech stack and a proven record of leading technology transformations

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture using modern design patterns.
Lead full-stack development using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Python.
Manage backend databases including MSSQL, PostgreSQL and reporting tools like SSRS.
Define and implement DevOps pipelines using Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the tech team.
Mentor developers, enforce coding best practices and promote knowledge sharing.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and infrastructure.
Drive adoption of new technologies like AI, IoT, and advanced analytics.
Evaluate third-party tools and libraries to enhance product performance and value.

Core Technical Skills:

Frontend: Angular (8+)
Backend: ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API
Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SSRS
Scripting & Automation: Python
DevOps: Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems
Security: Knowledge of OWASP, HIPAA, GDPR compliance

Leadership & Innovation Competencies:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking and long-term planning ability
Experience in leading digital transformation and innovation projects
Ability to create PoCs and evaluate innovative solutions in AI/ML, voice tech, cloud-native services
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
5+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a leadership/architectural role
Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus
