Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Associate to join our clinical team in Coimbatore.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of mental health, neuroscience, and holistic care, supporting patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and stress-related difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (history, mental state, risk assessment)
Assist psychiatrists in treatment planning and clinical decision-making
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Support delivery of brain-based interventions (e.g., rTMS, neurofeedback, brain mapping)
Provide patient and family education on mental health conditions and treatment plans




Assist in inpatient and outpatient care coordination
Work closely with psychologists, therapists, and wellness teams to ensure holistic care
Participate in case discussions, MDT meetings, and service development initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies / Physician Associate / Allied Health Sciences
Strong understanding of mental health and psychiatric conditions
Experience in clinical assessment and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient-centred care
Desirable:
Experience in mental health settings
Exposure to rTMS, neurofeedback, or brain mapping
Interest in holistic or integrative approaches to care
