As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll manage customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring quick resolutions and a seamless, delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Assist customers with customized orders
Manage and resolve queries over calls efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-facing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
