The Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as a strategic and administrative partner, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, effective communication, and strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires high discretion, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and priorities efficiently
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, board decks, and briefing notes
Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow‑ups
Coordinate with senior leadership, promoters, and cross‑functional teams
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and leadership communications
Organize meetings, town halls,
reviews, and leadership offsites
Draft qualified emails, notes, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of discretion, maturity, and judgment
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially PPT & Excel)
Stakeholder management and follow‑through mindset
Calm, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach
Experience & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to CXO / Senior Leadership
Experience working with CEOs, promoters, or board members preferred
