Role Overview
As a Trade Desk Manager, you will drive end-to-end execution of trade compliance processes, working closely with clients, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely closures and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end EDPMS / IDPMS cases
Ensure FEMA compliance and provide advisory support
Coordinate with AD banks and stakeholders for smooth transaction closures
Handle escalations and resolve stuck or delayed cases
Maintain robust documentation and compliance standards
Improve turnaround time and operational efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
3–7 years of experience in EXIM / Trade Finance / Banking Operations
Strong understanding of FEMA regulations
Hands-on experience with EDPMS / IDPMS
Ability to manage client interactions and bank coordination
Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
