What You’ll Own

Finance
Daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, payouts across Shopify/Amazon/Blinkit/Razorpay
GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI coordination
Monthly MIS, P&L;, budgeting, SKU-level margins, cashflow
Financial modeling for forecasting & fundraising
Investor MIS, audits, D2C marketplace reconciliations

Legal
Reviewing & drafting vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements
Working with lawyers for SSHA/SHA, compliance,



trademarks, ROC filings
Maintain FSSAI, licenses, registrations & legal docs

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years in Finance/Accounts (startup/D2C/FMCG experience preferred)
Robust with GST, reconciliation, Excel, P&L;, compliance
Basic understanding of legal contracts
High ownership, speed & accountability
