Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years and above experience into Accounts Receivables Billing experience with various types - Standard, Pre-Paid, Advance, Progressive/Percentage, Recurring, Intercompany, Proforma, Credit/Debit Memo, Consolidated Billing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Attributes

- Strong ERP and Excel skills with ability to manage both AR and payroll processes (Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage etc.)
- High attention to detail for accurate cash application and payroll calculations
- Transparent communication and professional attitude when dealing with employees and customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage dual responsibilities efficiently.

2. Indicative Process Responsibilities

- Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile AR accounts.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and assist when collections.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.




- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
- Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions and benefits
- Support month-end closing for both AR and payroll-relate entries and reports

3.Technical expertise:

- Expertise in handling functions on an ERP platform
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem and to develop & suggest corrective actions
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, strong command of English language)
- Understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Working knowledge and experience on ERP systems
- Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA commitments
