Senior Manager - HRBP
- You will serve as a strategic liaison, partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and driving culture change and you will be providing strategic coaching, leverage HR analytics to drive insights, and oversee complex employee relations, acting as a catalyst for organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
F Collaborate with executives to align HR strategy with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Talent & Performance Management:
F Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes, including coaching leaders on employee development.
F Drive performance management systems (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
F Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and revisions.
F Ensure pay-for-performance culture across levels.
F Support incentive design for sales teams.
Change Management. Learning & Development & Culture:
F Act as a change agent to facilitate organizational transformation, culture initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
F Identify capability gaps and design L&D; interventions.
F Drive leadership development programs and succession planning.
F Build training frameworks for manufacturing and sales workforce.
HR Solutions & Policies:
F Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor regulations, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
F Ensure smooth HR operations across locations.
F Drive policy implementation, process standardization, and HR analytics.
F Monitor HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, productivity, etc.).
F Ensure compliance with statutory and internal governance framework.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
F Use HR metrics to analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Sales HRBP (Pan India):
F Act as HRBP for large, geographically spread sales teams.
F Travel 5–10 days/month to engage with regional teams.
F Drive productivity, performance management, and retention strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
F Build strong employee connect across sales teams.
F Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
F Drive engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
1.
MBA in HR or MSW with 12-15 years of experience and last 5+ years in a senior HRBP or similar strategic role and a focus on driving productivity and engagement & preferring candidates from Agriculture / FMCG / Manufacturing /Chemicals / Consulting & Retailing Industry.
2. Understanding business, products, and translating metrics into business performance.
3. Utilizing HR analytics for workforce planning and strategy.
4. Ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders.
5. Proven experience in bulk hiring and scaling teams.
6. Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, change management, and leadership coaching abilities.
7. Ability to coach managers and influence senior leadership.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
10. Ability to work in dynamic, high-growth environments.
11. Fluency in Hindi (mandatory).
12. Willingness to travel 5–10 days per month across India.
13. Ability to manage diverse and distributed workforce.
14. Reduction in attrition (especially sales workforce).
15. Hiring TAT and quality of hire.
16. Employee engagement scores.
17. Sales team productivity improvement.
18. Leadership satisfaction with HR support.
