Hiring: Customer Service Team Lead

Looking to step into a leadership role or grow as a Team Leader? We’re hiring dynamic professionals to lead teams in a fast-paced international voice process environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of 15–25 agents

• Drive key performance metrics: AHT, CSAT, FCR, SLA & productivity

• Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for better performance

• Monitor quality and ensure process adherence

• Identify improvement areas and enhance team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3–10 years of experience in BPO/ITES (International Voice Process)





✔️ Experience as Team Leader / Senior Associate / Acting TL

✔️ Robust understanding of KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, SLA)

✔️ Good people management and communication skills

✔️ Ability to handle pressure and drive team performance
