Hiring for Project Manager at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & Gas division for Saudi Arabia.

Qualification:

- B.E / B.Tech with 20 + years’ experience in EPC cross country pipeline in Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary: The Project Manager for Oil & Gas EPC Cross country pipelines in Saudi Arabia.

Area of Responsibility:

- Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on monthly basis.
- Monitor budget, performance, cash in-flow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.
- Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.
- Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation, strategize
- Motivate and manage site personnel.
- Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims.
- Contractual correspondence with client & consultants.
- Plan, estimate site infrastructure & ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage.
- Ensure adherence to standards, Kalpataru code of conduct (KCoC), KPIL values, ABAC, SOPs established by the company.

Competencies:

- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia oil and gas Cross Country Pipelines: Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics,



and key players in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry specifically cross-country pipeline business.
- Project management skills: Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage cross country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Leadership and team management: Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including engineers and other professionals, to achieve project objectives.
- Technical expertise: Extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross country pipeline businessesas well as the latest industry technologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder engagement: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations.
- Health, safety, and environmental management: Understanding of best practices for ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of the workplace in oil and gas cross-country pipeline operations.
- Business acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry, as well as to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
