Role: Digital Product Manager - Transactional Communication
What you will be doing:
Main responsibilities:
- Educate and work with other product managers and business on Martech Capabilities and opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing to build a cohesive and full end to end solution to support all customer journeys.
- Define product strategy for the discovery and planning product area by partnering with respective PMs and defining the landscape of Marketing Technology platform to support enterprise marketing.
- Own the product lifecycle, from discovery, definition, execution to launch & iteration for their products.
- Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.
- Participate and lead an agile development process, working closely with internal Tech teams and multiple offshore engineering teams.
- Maintain standards for a data-driven approach to making decisions and gain user insight using rigorous A/B tests, qualitative user studies, and quantitative market research.
- Define overall user-facing commerce experiences, platforms, and services KPIs and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to gain insight into our customer and market segments with respect to offers, acquisition, and retention goals.
- Experience working with real time/time sensitive communications platform.
What we are searching for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing and/or Marketing tech
- 3+ years in Marketing/Advertising area including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, Kafka, Data Systems, Attribution, Personalization, and building automated marketing technologies
- Experience in consulting and/or setting platform product direction to meet customer needs
- Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implication
- 6 years' experience in marketing technology product management
- 1+ years' experience managing direct reports
- Internet and retail experience preferred
- Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
- Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Passionate about building outstanding products and solving customer and business problems
- Nice to have, event-based architecture
