Role Overview:

We are looking to hire Associates and Senior Associates for our Insurance & Regulatory practice in

Delhi. The role offers an prospect to work on a wide range of advisory, transactional, and

regulatory matters within the evolving insurance landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, and Insurtech platforms on regulatory and
- transactional matters
- Assisting in structuring cross-border reinsurance arrangements and distribution models,
- including bancassurance
- Providing regulatory advisory on IRDAI framework, compliance, and licensing
- requirements
- Supporting corporate transactions including joint ventures, investments, and M&A; in the
- insurance sector
- Handling advisory and assistance on coverage disputes, complex claims, regulatory
- disputes, and appellate proceedings
- Drafting legal opinions, agreements,



and regulatory submissions

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1–5 years of experience in insurance, regulatory, or corporate practice
- Prior exposure to insurance laws and IRDAI regulations is highly preferred
- Experience in corporate transactions, regulatory advisory, or dispute-related work will be
- an advantage
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills

Key Skills:

- Sound understanding of insurance regulatory framework - IRDAI and IFSCA
- Exposure to insurance distribution arrangements, cross-border transactions and
- reinsurance structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on complex, high-value matter
