Job Description:

Position Purpose and Scope: The Architecture & Design Coordinator supports Design Managers in the design and development projects globally, applying the latest design standards to all projects and ensuring each shop reflects an elevated brand experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop schematic design and design development drawing sets for new stores, renovations and refreshes, across all door types, including shop-in-shops, retail, and outlet stores.

• Incorporate feedback to existing drawing sets and pick up redlines from Design Managers.

• Develop SketchUp models to assist in design development and investigate solutions for specific design challenges.

• Generate Enscape renderings for design presentations.

• Collaborate effectively with Design Managers and Fixture Team to keep projects within schedule.

• Help create and issue accurate bid documents and templates.





• Adhere to established AutoCAD, drafting, project management and directory standards.

Requirements

• 40 hours/week; ideal work hours are 7am – 4pm (if possible)

• Degree in Architecture or similar field

• 3-5 years of experience in retail design, similar commercial projects or high-end residential

• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and balance multiple competing priorities effectively

• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Escape

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Power Point and other Microsoft Office suite

• Strong knowledge of millwork standards, details and construction

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
