Join our team at BIT in Vadodara. We are seeking a Senior IT Counselor to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a proven track record in professional counseling or sales.

Job Details

- Location: Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat
- Pay: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives
- Work Hours: Full-Time: Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- Part time: Monday to Saturday (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Core Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical guidance to prospective students regarding various IT courses.
- Manage lead generation and follow-up activities to meet established enrollment targets.
- Utilize AI tools and WhatsApp Business for advanced lead engagement and content creation.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and professional communication.

Requirements

- Education: A degree in an IT-related field is required (BCA, BSc IT, BE IT, or equivalent).




- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience, preferably in telecalling or sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI applications and digital communication tools.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
