Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer (Civil) responsible for ensuring quality standards in construction activities, materials, and workmanship in line with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures at site
- Conduct inspections of civil works (RCC, finishing, structural works, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and checklists
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance
- Monitor material quality and ensure proper testing (concrete, steel, etc.)
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation of quality records and reports
- Conduct site audits and internal quality checks




- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Assist in closing snag lists and final handover documentation

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes & quality standards
- Familiarity with IS codes, ASTM standards (optional)
- Positive understanding of RCC, finishing, and structural works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
