Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Business Intern to support the growth and performance of the FatakUdaan vertical. This role requires solid analytical ability, coordination across teams, and ownership of funnel-level performance tracking.
You will work closely with the Business, Marketing, Calling, and Product teams to improve user acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
Identify drop-offs and recommend optimization strategies
Maintain and update MIS dashboards
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Support in Marketing Strategy
Assist in segmentation and cohort analysis
Track campaign performance and conversion metrics
3. Calling Team Support
Analyze attempt-to-connect and connect-to-conversion ratios
Support incentive structure tracking and performance benchmarking
Identify scripts/process improvements based on data
4. Business Insights & Strategy
Conduct market and competitor research in credit builder/fintech space
Identify growth levers and cost-optimization opportunities
Assist in preparing business performance reports for leadership
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with Product team to reduce friction in user journey
Coordinate with Marketing for performance-driven creatives
Support operations in resolving user-level bottlenecks
