Job title -Human Resources Intern
Location- Koregaon Park, Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will be assigned the following responsibilities, which will allow the core HR team to focus on strategic and senior-level hiring:

1. PROFILE SOURCING (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY)
• The intern will be responsible for actively sourcing candidates from Naukri.com and other job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
• Sourcing will be focused on Priority 1 (P1), Priority 2 (P2), and Replacement positions across all new and existing store locations.
• The intern will be expected to build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates on a daily basis, ensuring there is no delay in filling critical roles.

2. INTERVIEW SCHEDULING (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY)
• Once suitable profiles are shortlisted, the intern will coordinate and schedule the First Round of interviews between candidates and the respective hiring managers or store heads.




• All communication with candidates — confirmations, rescheduling, reminders — will be managed by the intern to ensure a smooth interview experience.
• I will personally take ownership of all subsequent interview rounds and final hiring decisions after the first round is completed.

3. OFFER LETTER MANAGEMENT – PRINTING & SCANNING
• The intern will assist in the printing and scanning of offer letters for selected & joined candidates across all store locations that go live progressively.
• As each recent store becomes operational, the intern will ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining proper records for compliance and onboarding purposes.
• Maintaining all documents, records, and details of candidates, ctc, additional track records on live sheet for review & smooth process.
