Job Title: Manager- Projects

Company: Della Townships Pvt. Ltd.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager- Projects (Construction) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of township development projects for Della Townships in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in civil construction, project coordination, and site management for large-scale residential or township projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Manage procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory approvals are obtained on time.
Prepare and present MIS and progress reports to senior management.




Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to design, specifications, and company standards.
Foster a collaborative work environment between design, execution, and finance teams.

Job Expectations

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate or township construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
Should be willing to work from the project site in Pune.
