Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned qualified to lead and scale the global tea business. The role will be responsible for driving international sales, expanding global market presence, and building long-term strategic partnerships across key geographies. This is a leadership role with full ownership of export sales strategy, revenue growth, and global market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive global sales strategy for bulk tea across international markets, Expand business in key geographies
- Build and manage relationships with global buyers, importers, and private label clients
- Own end-to-end international business development and key account management
- Drive export revenue growth, volume targets, and profitability (P&L; ownership)
- Identify new markets, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations,



and long-term commercial agreements
- Monitor global tea trends, auction prices, and competitor landscape
- Oversee export operations including logistics, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards and certifications
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for demand alignment
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and buyer meets
- Develop brand presence in international markets (bulk & packaged tea)

Qualifications & Skills

- Required Qualification MBA in International Business / Sales / Marketing preferred
- Minimum 10–15 years in tea / FMCG / agri-commodity exports
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing international markets, proven track record of scaling global sales and entering new markets
- Strong understanding of: Tea grades, sourcing, and blending, Global tea markets and auction systems
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- Expertise in export regulations and international trade
