The Account Manager will be responsible to build long term relationship with customers and partners to drive profitable growth for SOTI. You will interact with key internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure timely execution for our customers. Responsibilities Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with high-value customers in APAC, focused on profitable growth and high retention for SOTI. Identify and acquire current business opportunities while managing a portfolio of high-impact accounts. Employ strategic planning to expand the client base, increase deal size, and achieve aggressive revenue growth targets. Lead complex, full-cycle sales campaigns, leveraging buyer-centric selling techniques. This includes leading customer and partner engagements, negotiating commercial agreements, and developing commercial terms. Effectively collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts, delivering on SOTI’s strategic vision within customer environments. Create and implement strategies that showcase SOTI's role as a leading mobility platform. Build and maintain a robust, quality sales pipeline. Ensure high forecast accuracy with a meticulously managed forecast and updated pipeline through daily CRM entries. Act as the lead communicator between SOTI, customers, and partners to address escalations, handle legal matters, and collaborate on corporate communications. Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Provide sales training to partners on SOTI’s solutions,



ensuring effective application of SOTI's value propositions. Collaborate with marketing to execute partner enablement initiatives and support customer awareness efforts. Partner with Field Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies. Present Quarterly Territory Plans to Leadership, outlining progress, outcomes, and recommendations for pipeline development. Represent SOTI at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to expand network reach and drive brand presence. Experience You’ll Bring 6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, including proven success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value APAC accounts. Demonstrated expertise in buyer-centric, problem-centric enterprise sales, with strong skills in champion / mobilizer development and financial selling. Curious, committed to professional growth, disciplined Outstanding presentation and written/verbal communication skills; experience conducting web demos and business reviews for executive audiences.
