About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.




- The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing customer journeys, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The candidate must possess a strong background in Fintech/Bank/NBFC with expertise in business lending products.
- This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various departments to capture clear requirements and drive product enhancements.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping stakeholders updated and conducting market research to identify current opportunities for product improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Ownership of Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmaps for digital sourcing of Business Loans, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

- Design Customer Journey: Design/Optimize seamless and intuitive customer and RM journeys based on customer voice, UI/UX best practices, A/B testing and product metrics to enhance the overall experience.

Skills: Market Research, digital business development , a/b testing, product sampling, UI/UX design

Experience: 6.00-8.00 Years
