Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Brand Partnerships Manager. The Brand Partnerships Manager will lead the end-to-end management of brand collaborations, from initiating strategic partnerships to delivering effective campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, developing proposals, managing key accounts, nurturing relationships,



and analyzing the performance of partnership initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with brands, ensuring mutual goals are met through creative and impactful engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in identifying and building Strategic Partnerships and fostering long-lasting collaborations
- Experience in Account Management and proven ability to nurture and maintain key client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation
- Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing brand needs, campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights
- Ability to conceptualize and execute impactful Partnerships to achieve business objectives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for youth culture and event management
- Relevant experience in business development, marketing, or strategic partnership roles is strongly preferred
