Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant with strong experience in support, troubleshooting, and system integrations .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Work Orders, Bookings, Dataverse, and backend customizations , along with identifying and fixing issues across CRM environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Dynamics 365 Field Service modules (Work Orders, Bookings, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
- Debug and fix problems in:
- Plugins (C#)
- Custom business rules
- Configurations
- Power Automate flows
- Analyze and work with Microsoft Dataverse tables and data flows
- Support and monitor integrations between CRM, ERP,



and Business Central (BC)
- Identify root causes and provide effective solutions
- Create and manage solutions (customizations, deployments, updates)
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Solid knowledge of:
- Work Orders & Bookings
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Power Automate
- Experience in plugin development (C#) and debugging
- Understanding of CRM–ERP integrations using APIs
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with solution management and deployments
- Ability to work independently in a support environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations with Business Central
- Knowledge of Azure services or middleware tools
- Exposure to CI/CD for Dynamics solutions
