Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by identifying and securing current business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and crafting tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. This role directly impacts our company's expansion and market position by bringing in new clients and fostering long-term partnerships, ultimately contributing to increased revenue and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging CRM data to expand our client base.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients,



ensuring mutually beneficial terms and maximizing profitability.

- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to provide accurate insights to management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals in a B2B environment.

- Proven expertise in client engagement, account management, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
