SAP Fico Functional Consultant

Location: Noida Sec-62 (Delta System Office)

Job mode: 5 days office/ week

Job type: Full time

Must Have skills: FI (GL, AP, AR, Assets) and CO (Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Profitability) (Retail / Grocery preferred/ Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG))

Experience: 4–7 yrs, (min. 2 full lifecycle Implementation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FI/CO test design and execution for all finance scenarios: AP, AR, GL postings, tax, assets, settlements, period close.

• Drive integration testing for FI/CO with MM, SD, and inventory (GR/IR, COGS, revenue, stock valuation).

• Define and execute UAT with Finance users; consolidate and follow up on feedback.

• Support data migration for finance: GL balances, open items, fixed assets, cost centres, profit centres.

• Perform detailed reconciliation between legacy and SAP balances (trial balance, subledger, inventory valuation).

• Help define and validate cutover steps for finance (freeze dates,



open items strategy, final balances load).

• Contribute to and review training content for Finance and Controlling end-users.

• Be on-site during first month-end closing in SAP to support users.

• Provide structured reporting on test progress, defects, and go-live readiness for the Finance stream.

Required Skills

• 5+ years SAP FI/CO, including at least one retail or multi-site environment.

• Hands-on experience with data migration and reconciliation for Finance.

• Solid understanding of month-end and year-end closing in SAP.

• Proven track record in UAT, SIT, and hypercare support on the Finance side.

• Ability to work as a client-side functional lead alongside configuration consultants.

• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and variance analysis.

• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
