About Us

Flecks Labs is a creative studio focused on building high-quality visual content, characters, and immersive experiences. We’re looking for a skilled 3D Animator who is passionate about character animation and understands the technical side of rigging.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 3D Animator with strong expertise in character animation and rigging . The ideal candidate should be able to bring characters to life with expressive movement while also being comfortable setting up or working with character rigs.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality character animations (body mechanics, facial animation, lip-sync)
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot character rigs
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to meet project requirements
- Ensure animations meet performance and quality standards




- Iterate based on feedback and production needs

Requirements

- Strong experience in 3D character animation
- Good knowledge of character rigging (biped/quadruped)
- Proficiency in tools such as Maya / Blender (or similar)
- Understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, squash & stretch, etc.)
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing character animation work (mandatory)

Nice to Have

- Experience with game engines (Unity / Unreal)
- Facial rigging or advanced deformation skills
- Motion capture cleanup experience
