Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Large Account Manager with strong expertise in SAP solution sales to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have handled large accounts, managed end-to end sales cycles, and successfully positioned SAP solutions aligned to client business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow large enterprise accounts in the Gurgaon region
- Drive end-to-end SAP sales cycle - from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers
- Understand customer business challenges and propose relevant SAP solutions
- Work closely with presales and delivery teams to design customized solutions
- Achieve revenue targets and expand wallet share within existing accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within SAP portfolio
- Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract closures
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in SAP Sales / BDE / BDM roles
- Strong experience in selling SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Services, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts
- Experience in managing complete sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
- Solid relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
- Good understanding of enterprise IT landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
