One of our clients is a responsible and innovative organization that has introduced several groundbreaking technologies in the healthcare industry. It is a Chennai-based company supplying medical equipment (imaging tables, C-Arms, surgical lights) to hospitals in India since 1991.
They are looking to hire Sales Head - Radiology (and/or) Surgical products
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head (Radiology/Surgical) to oversee and drive the sales performance. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
•Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
•Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
•Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.
2. Team Management
•Lead, mentor,
and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
•Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance the team’s skills.
•Set transparent objectives and monitor team progress against established KPIs.
3. Customer Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
•Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
•Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen partnerships.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
•Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for the region.
5. Operational Excellence
•Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical practices in all operations.
•Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation within the region.
•Oversee inventory levels and distribution efficiency in coordination with supply chain teams
Requirements:
•Proficiency in core product domain such as 3D Imaging
•Should be ready to travel across PAN India
•Base Location: Chennai
