Get Structured is hiring on behalf of a client for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google). Role Objective:
To drive scalable, ROI-focused growth across multiple client accounts by leveraging advanced Google Ads strategies, strong analytical capabilities, and effective team leadership, while ensuring optimal budget utilization and account-level profitability (P&L; ownership).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Develop data-driven strategies focusing on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate (CVR) optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategy planning, and funnel-based targeting.
- Drive continuous A/B testing (ad copies, landing pages, creatives) to improve performance metrics.
2. Budget & Spend Management
- Manage and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly ad spends across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure efficient budget pacing, allocation, and scaling strategies aligned with client goals.
- Handle high-budget campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and minimal wastage.
3. P&L; Ownership & Profitability
- Own and manage P&L; for client accounts, balancing growth with profitability.
- Monitor cost efficiency, margins, and revenue impact across campaigns.
- Align campaign strategies with overall business and revenue objectives.
4. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and event tracking using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign performance and build actionable insights,
dashboards, and client reports.
- Identify trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities across the funnel.
5. Multi-Brand & Agency Management
- Handle multiple brands/accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Customize strategies based on industry, target audience, and client objectives.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
6. Collaboration
- Drive team productivity, learning, and campaign excellence.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
7. Innovation & Platform Expertise
- Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, automation, AI bidding strategies, and industry trends.
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and growth strategies to improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a solid focus on Google platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand/client portfolios in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on expertise in handling daily, weekly, and monthly spend planning.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience working across healthcare, real estate, and technology brands in a multi-brand capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Education:
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience scaling campaigns across diverse industries.
- Exposure to automation tools, scripts, and advanced bidding strategies.
