We are looking for an experienced IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer with strong expertise in the Oracle IAM Suite . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, directory services, and access governance across enterprise environments.

Key Skills Required
- Oracle IAM Suite (OAM, OIM, OUD, OID ) – Mandatory
- Active Directory & LDAP
- Microsoft 365 Admin / Azure / Entra ID
- OKTA & DUO (MFA / SSO solutions)
- SQL Developer (Oracle DB)
- SSH & Linux/Unix administration
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using Oracle IAM tools
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle
- Integrate applications with IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, LDAP)
- Work with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID,
and cloud identity platforms
- Configure and maintain authentication mechanisms (OKTA, DUO)
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide L2/L3 support
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle IAM Suite (OAM/OIM/OUD/OID)
- Experience in enterprise directory services (AD, LDAP)
- Exposure to cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Valuable understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments
- Prior experience with IAM migrations or upgrades
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
