India Vision Foundation is looking for a passionate and committed professional to join our team as ?

Senior Executive – Youth Development Program.

This role is ideal for someone who believes in the potential of adolescents and young people, and is excited to design and lead meaningful pathways for youth engagement, volunteering, and leadership development.

? Location: Community Centers / Program Sites with coordination at Head Office

Reporting to: Director / Program Manager

? About the Role

The Senior Executive will lead structured youth engagement initiatives that help identify adolescents’ interests, build their leadership capabilities, and connect them to volunteering opportunities within the Foundation’s programs. The role will also support the development of a strong youth participation system, enabling adolescents to grow from program participants into volunteers and youth leaders.

? Key Responsibilities

- Implement youth development activities across program centers
- Conduct interest mapping sessions for adolescents, especially Grade 9 and above
- Facilitate youth meetings, workshops, and engagement activities
- Identify and support youth volunteers and emerging youth leaders
- Maintain records and tracking systems for youth participation and development
- Promote safe, positive,



and supportive spaces for adolescents
- Prepare reports, success stories, and program documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for youth opportunities

? Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies, Education, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in youth development, community programs, or education initiatives
- Experience working with adolescents from vulnerable communities will be preferred
- Robust communication, facilitation, mentoring, and documentation skills
- A proactive, empathetic, and creative approach to youth engagement
