Role & responsibilities:
Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.
Primarily involves around processing and managing gold loans, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales.
Ensuring new acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility.
Keep innovating, launching recent Gold Loan schemes suitable across sales channel and segments of customers.
Oversees the end-to-end process of issuing and managing gold loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
Comply with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.




Ensuring staff competency and adherence to company policies
Reviewing audit reports and taking corrective actions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:
Any graduate is preferable.
Age: 25 till 45
Required Two Wheeler having proper license.
Minimum of 6 Months-10 years of experience in Gold Loans, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
Supervise and train junior staff or gold appraisers
Monitor gold loan accounts for overdue or defaulted payments.
Fresher also can apply only for Sales Executive, Customer Care Executive & Tele Caller.

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of gold loan operations and valuation techniques.
Sales and target-driven approach.
Risk assessment and analytical skills.
