This role sits at the core of our content engine.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Video Creator who owns end-to-end video creation using Generative AI tools and professional video editing.

This is a production role, not a tool-operator role.

You will create:

- Performance-driven Meta ad creatives
- Scalable kids content videos for BabyBillion channels

You will go from idea → script → character → voice → video → final cut .

What You Will Do

1. End-to-End AI Video Creation

- Create complete videos using Generative AI tools and editing software
- Translate briefs into finished, publish-ready video assets
- Produce both short-form ads and longer kids content formats

2. Scripting & Prompt Engineering

- Write and refine prompts for stories, dialogues, rhymes, and narration
- Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, characters, and learning outcomes
- Debug weak outputs and systematically improve results

3. Character & Story Consistency

- Define characters, personalities, and visual styles
- Ensure continuity across episodes, ads, and content formats
- Build reusable characters and story worlds

4. AI Voice & Audio Production





- Create and manage character voices using AI voice tools
- Tune emotion, clarity, and pacing for kids
- Ensure clean audio and tight audio-visual sync

5. Performance Content for Ads

- Create high-retention creatives for Meta platforms
- Understand hooks, first 3 seconds, storytelling for ads, and CTAs
- Iterate creatives based on performance feedback

6. Video Editing & Finalization

- Edit AI-generated footage using professional tools
- Add cuts, pacing, transitions, sound, and basic motion where needed
- Deliver polished, platform-ready videos

7. Quality & Safety

- Ensure all content is child-safe and culturally appropriate
- Eliminate visual artifacts, hallucinations, or confusing outputs
- Maintain BabyBillion’s quality bar across every video

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- Overall work experience of 1–2 years
- Hands-on experience of 1 years in AI content creation, video production, or creative tech

Must-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of Generative AI tools for video and content creation
- Solid video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Ability to think visually and structurally, not just textually
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and retention

Domain Understanding

- Clear understanding of YouTube content dynamics
- Strong intuition for what drives performance in ads and kids content
- Ability to adapt stories into performance-driven creatives

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Reliable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar image generation tools
- Experience creating recurring characters or IP-driven content
