About the Role
We are hiring a freelance Creative / Visual Designer to assist with marketing, brand, and product communication.
You will work across social, web, long-form reports, videos, and brand systems. Your work will include carousels and statics, website sections and landing pages, research reports and insight PDFs, short videos and explainers, sales decks, and core brand assets such as icons, layouts, and templates.
There's a possibility of turning this role into a full-time WFO role based in Gurgaon for the right candidate.
Required Skills and Experience

2–4 years of experience as a visual/creative designer, operating as a strong individual contributor
Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, not just executing briefs
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Working experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent)
Ability to design across multiple formats (social, web, reports, decks, video)
Exposure to B2 B, Saa S, consulting, real estate, or research-led environments is a plus
Solid visual judgment, clarity of thinking, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving inputs
Based in or available to work in overlapping hours with the Gurgaon team (remote)
