We are looking for talented Data Scientists to design and deploy scalable, data-driven solutions for K–12 education systems. This role involves working with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and deliver insights that improve student outcomes, teacher effectiveness, and resource utilization. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence and data science,



with a solid drive to stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems. What you’ll do : Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging K 12 data to drive business solutions. Mine and analyze data from K12 districts’ databases to drive optimization and improvement of student performance ,teacher effectiveness, resource utilization, etc. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modeling to increase above mentioned objectives Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. What we look for
