About the Role

A cross-functional role embedded at the center of everything. You'll work directly under the founder and senior team, touching every part of the business, from strategy to day-to-day execution. No two days will look the same.

Responsibilities

- Support business development through lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline management
- Source, vet, and onboard creators for UGC campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
- Manage ongoing UGC programs, including briefing creators, reviewing content, and tracking deliverables




- Write scripts and creative briefs aligned with client goals and brand voice
- Build and refine pitch decks, campaign recaps, and internal presentations
- Track and process creator payouts, contracts, and invoices
- Handle general admin and operational tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Assist the founder and leadership team with research, scheduling, and ad hoc priorities
