About Position:

The PMO role is a strategic position that involves planning, organizing, and managing resources efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

- The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the right resources are allocated to the right tasks, optimizing the utilization of resources, and managing resource allocation conflicts.
- This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet organizational goals.
- Responsibilities: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Skills-project management capability for large-scale POCs and projects.
- Collaborate with service owners and portfolio owners to validate and address functional gaps, support evaluations, and finalize project scope.Draft and manage the project plan for large-scale projects.
- Ensure process adherence, timely closure, and compliance across audits, customer feedback, and risk metrics.
- Drive improvements in customer experience through proactive engagement and timely action on feedback.
- Contribute to cost optimization, process improvements,



and overall project success
