Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Science & AI Expert to play a pivotal role in enhancing our Xpandretail.online analytics platform. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI-driven data solutions, build insightful dashboards, and develop intelligent performance metrics to provide actionable insights for our clients.

This role demands a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and AI automation, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate across departments to drive data-driven strategies that support client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. KPI Development and Optimization

- Research and identify industry-specific KPIs aligned with business and client objectives.
- Develop new, AI-driven KPIs to enhance predictive analytics and performance measurement.
- Continuously evaluate existing metrics for improvement using data trends and machine learning insights.

2. Dashboard Design & Data Visualization

- Design and deploy interactive, AI-enhanced dashboards to visualize real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize dashboard solutions.
- Ensure dashboards are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

3. Advanced Data Analysis, AI & ML Modeling

- Build and implement machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and behavioral analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Integrate predictive and prescriptive analytics into business workflows.




- Evaluate model performance and continuously refine algorithms for optimal accuracy.

4. Reporting and Strategic Insights

- Generate detailed reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and operational teams to translate data findings into strategic initiatives.
- Automate report generation processes using AI and scripting tools where feasible.

5. Client Collaboration and Support

- Engage directly with clients to understand their data challenges and propose AI-based solutions.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase analytics capabilities.
- Provide post-deployment support and guidance to help clients leverage dashboards and models effectively.

6. Continuous Innovation and Improvement

- Stay ahead of trends in AI, ML, data analytics, and visualization technologies.
- Recommend and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance analytical efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of data governance, data quality, and automation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, and machine learning model development.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow,



PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Experience in deep learning, computer vision, or natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools and predictive analytics frameworks.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
