Job Title: Airline Ticketing & Customer Support Associate

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0-2 years)

Job Summary:
Handle customer queries via chat/phone for airline ticketing, bookings, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer chats/calls for airline ticketing, bookings, cancellations
- Resolve queries on baggage, flight changes, refunds
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet productivity targets
- Work in shifts (may include nights/weekends)

Requirements:
- Fresher/Experienced (0-2 years) in airline ticketing/customer service
- Positive communication skills
- Typing speed > 30 WPM (for chat process)
- Knowledge of airline ticketing/GDS an advantage

Other Details:
- Shifts (may include nights/weekends)

- Working location: Aspee, Malad
- 2-way cab facility for night shifts
