Regional Sales Manager (Unified SASE, SD-WAN & DLP)

Location: North & East India (Base : Gurgaon / Noida)

About the Role

Confidential company is seeking a agile and driven Regional Sales Manager – Business Development to accelerate growth for our Unified SASE, SD-WAN, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) portfolio across North & East India.

This role is focused on new business generation, market expansion, and strategic account acquisition. The ideal candidate will act as a regional growth catalyst — identifying emerging opportunities, evangelizing Confidential company’s Unified Security approach, and influencing customers to adopt modern, secure access architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Ownership: Drive new business for Confidential company’s Unified SASE, SD-WAN, and DLP offerings in the North & East region — with a focus on new logo acquisition and white-space expansion.

Market Expansion: Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with Confidential company’s Unified SASE strategy. Identify emerging market segments and new vertical opportunities.





Solution Evangelism: Position Confidential company’s Unified SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and DLP capabilities as enablers of secure digital transformation and hybrid workforce security.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with CXOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and Network Leaders to shape security and connectivity modernization roadmaps.

Pipeline Generation: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and channel teams to generate high-quality leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

Channel Enablement: Collaborate with partners, distributors, and MSSPs to build joint business plans and drive awareness, enablement, and pipeline acceleration.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor value propositions and proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise customers.
