We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant | Hyderabad (Onsite)
Job Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively while driving financial efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, including timely regulatory filings.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain proper documentation for audit processes.




Analyze financial data and provide insights to support cost control, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure smooth financial operations.
Establish and strengthen internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Oversee vendor payments, administrative financials, and maintain accurate records for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Skilled certifications (CA Inter/CA/CPA or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
