or needs hand-holding. We need someone who reads the brief, understands the problem, thinks through edge cases, builds the solution, tests it properly, and ships it with confidence. You should be the kind of person who uses AI tools like Claude Code to move at 100x speed -- not as a crutch, but as a multiplier on top of already strong fundamentals.
