This is a sales and executive relationship role — not a delivery role. Your mission: become the face of AI security in India's mid-market. You will empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises across 5 sectors, build CISO/CTO relationships, and close business deals. What You'll Do Empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises in each of 5 target sectors: Banking/FS, Health, Government, Energy, Retail (25 target accounts)



Build and own executive relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Board members across India's mid-market Position and sell Kapālins AI security assessments ($15K single-category, $60K–$120K full 5-category) and remediation solutions. Represent Kapālins at industry events, conferences, and roundtables — you are the brand Develop System Integrator partnerships for co-sell and talent augmentation Build a $1M+ qualified pipeline within 6 months through relationship-led selling. What We're Looking For 10+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or enterprise sales Existing CISO/CTO network in India — you can open doors on day one Proven sales track record: $500K+ annual revenue generation Comfortable presenting to boards and C-suite executives Understanding of AI/ML security risks (prompt injection, model poisoning, agentic AI) Startup mentality — you thrive without structure and build your own playbook Ni
