Job Description - Drive manufacturing excellence at the location by implementing the strategy to enhance the existing manufacturing process by identifying recent product opportunities and improvements in existing product range and by proving inputs on the latest technologies, manufacturing engineering processes, machines and costing. Drive process capability and product quality assessment and continuous improvement ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS - Collaborate with the R&D; and design teams to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and ensure designs meet performance, quality,
and cost requirements. Implement and monitor effective quality control systems and inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Work closely with design, R&D;, and production teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to full-scale production. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
